You can then see details about the terms and conditions of the offer, some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) you will find the terms and conditions, and you will be able to submit your USA Flight application by email.

You also will be able to choose your favourite destinations and dates for travel. Just fill in your login code in the empty field and press "Login".

Then you will access some general information about the offer and be asked to enter some personal information, followed by a page where you can choose your destinations, departure airport and your travel dates.
